During the tail end of the pandemic, Mark and I decided we had to stay creative so with that being the only goal in mind, we put our ‘noggins’ together and started writing. The results are seven new originals that we wrote together and four that we co-wrote with our long time friend and collaborator George Egosarian. We feel that it’s our best work to date but I guess that would really be up to you the listener to decide. It’s gritty, earthy and very direct. At this point in our lives and careers we don’t need to pull any punches or feel the urge to be anyone but who we are and in that end I believe we have succeeded . More than any project we have done, this collection was written just to make the best music we could. It rocks, rolls, wails and sings the blues about life, love and living.”
